Sunlit Lilies Juried into CCAC Autumn National Exhibit

Sunlit Lilies, 24" x 18" oil on canvas

I'm very pleased that my oil painting Sunlit Lilies was juried into the Cape Cod Art Center's Autumn National exhibit, a nation-wide open call show! Thank you to the jurors of selection Cate Hunter Kashem, Kat O’Connor, and Allie Richards. The show runs October 20 - November 14 at the Center's galleries, 3480 Route 6A, Barnstable, MA.

These beautiful lilies outside of Blackfish Bistro in Truro, MA caught my eye on an early evening in late July. The way the low sunlight played across the leaves and petals was just gorgeous! (My dinner there was excellent, too!)
